• Drive Maintenance team for quick break down maintenance problem solving and support PM activities, support production output achieves AOP.
• Monitors the Maintenance activities, quality, delivery, and cost control for maintenance.
• Support for corrective and support preventive actions when performance is below standard.
• Implements / Support Develops, reviews, & updates the Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) of the Plant to ensure readiness of all equipment to meet production volume requirement.
• Provide maintenance group and machine operators in performing preventive maintenance, equipment changes over and solving machine problem that may arise.
• Reviews and finalizes maintenance records to ensure that all activities are accomplished.
• Initiates machine improvements and corrective actions in the Utilities, Processing Beverage, and Processing Lines areas.
• Explains, interprets and implements company policies and regulations involving all personnel under the department in order to get their support and to advise harmonious and effective working relationships of personnel for maintenance team.
• Studies, and approach new technology to improve plant maintenance required, plans and providing mechanical & electrical designs, machine layout & specification and other technical requirements.

• To Identify new business opportunities in the market and strategic planning on acquiring process
• To coordinate with the cross-functional team for new account acquisition process and leverage PepsiCo properties to build a profitable deal
• To plan on a post-mix machine with efficient usage and work with MEM to ensure smooth conversion of new customers
• To work with the legal team to develop a contract and complete the process of signing on time
• To take care of new customer at least 6 months per assigned in order to ensure PepsiCo can deliver service to the customer per committing during pitching and ensure a smooth transition to KAM/KAE

Job Description :

• Maintenance in processing line area with shift 24/7 as per production plan.
• Perform Shift Maintenance team work to ensure all machine are good operation.
• Support preventive maintenance program and ensures the readiness of all the plant equipment in order to meet the production volume and OEE requirement.
• Perform on breakdown maintenance, corrective Maintenance and support Preventive Maintenance program and recording in the SAP system for history tracking.
• Deliver machine reliability and efficiency by take lead quarterly machine inspection and yearly overhaul as machine ownership.
• Deliver machine breakdown information via BDR (Breakdown report) and support finding root cause with BDA (Breakdown analysis) using 4M analysis, why-why analysis and fish bone analysis.
• Support weekly root cause analysis for machine breakdown and minimize down time via BDA.
• Ready to make work instruction for new system and OPL (one-point lesson) of machine operation or maintenance technical term required.
• Initiates machine improvement and corrective action to maintain line continue production and improve the machine.
• Following job / task assignment by Supervisor & Engineers.

• Sustain integrated IT landscape and complex setup migrated from PepsiCo, without business interruption
• Challenges in system and technical knowledge, capability and availability, due to changes in business model and limited knowledge and skills, as new IT stand-alone function
• Ensure compliance of IT control
• Effectively engage and work with PepsiCo, external vendors and Suntory IT organization to meet business requirement and strategic initiatives
• Continuously identify opportunity to optimize system complexity and total cost of ownership, to effectively run new IT organization
• Managing SAP – SD, IBP as a critical solution to support key business transaction and operations, delivering and sustaining SAP and integrated solution
• Works closely with Business to understand the requirements and also work closely with Suntory IT and vendors to deliver effective solutions, meeting business requirement
• Manage End to End projects on SAP and integrated systems and platform
• Work closely with Suntory IT and Vendors to manage effective release calendar and program to minimize business impact from solution deployment
• Closely work with business to redefine and improve SAP processes
