Suntory PepsiCo Thailand Takes the Crown in Marketing, Winning Marketer of the Year Award Sparking a Phenomenon with 12 Wins at the Marketing Excellence Awards 2025

Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a manufacturer and distributor of beverages under the Suntory and PepsiCo brands in Thailand, has been awarded the prestigious Marketer of the Year at the Marketing Excellence Awards 2025, organized by Marketing-Interactive, in recognition of its outstanding and influential achievements in Thailand’s marketing industry. Reflecting the company’s marketing excellence, “Sting Energy Drink” created a phenomenon, by garnering an impressive 11 awards for campaigns distinguished by innovative concepts and strategies—encompassing brand communication, consumer engagement, and creative marketing initiatives—epitomizing the strength of Suntory PepsiCo Thailand’s marketing team and its partner agencies in propelling the brand forward with creativity and unstoppable energy.

For the “Sting Energy Drink” brand, its remarkable success was affirmed by 11 awards earned from five exceptionally creative campaigns, reflecting the power of bold ideas and distinctive marketing strategies, which include:

• The “It Must Be Sting” campaign featured a short film that portrayed the identity of Sting consumers through fast energy and fun, vividly expressing the power and confidence of the new generation in a lively and dynamic way.
• The “Godfluencer” campaign made waves across the online world with a bold strategy that fused the power of KOL influence with Thailand’s deep-rooted belief in spirituality and the supernatural, sparking a marketing buzz around the launch of Sting Energy Drink Strawberry Blast flavor.
• The “Sting Pitstop: Refuel Your Energy, Arrive Home Safely” campaign extended the brand’s energy through a meaningful road safety initiative aimed at reducing traffic accidents during the Songkran festival, spreading positive energy and genuine care to consumers and communities across Thailand.
• The “Sponsorship Activation” campaign featuring “Sting Warrior: It Must Be Sting” brought electrifying energy to audiences through a fast and fun competition that celebrated energetic individuals from diverse professions.
• The “Sting Energy Cam” campaign showcased a cutting-edge Interactive Out-of-Home media experience at Phetchaburi MRT Station, interacting with consumers by playfully indicating their energy levels in real time as they passed the display. Responding with engaging emojis and playful messages, invited consumers to refresh with Sting.
