The HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025 award involves a comprehensive selection process that includes an employee survey conducted across diverse functions, age groups, genders, and years of service, utilizing the Total Engagement Assessment Model (“TEAM”). The findings demonstrate that Suntory PepsiCo Thailand scored above market benchmarks compared to over 303 Thai organizations participating in the evaluation across the following 3 assessment dimensions:
1.CORE: This area assesses organizations based on clear business goals, transparent strategies and policies, a strong organizational culture, and responsibility toward society. Suntory PepsiCo Thailand received high marks in this category through its consistent dedication to the core value “Yatte Minahare,” which encourages employees at all levels to dare to be themselves, dare to think creatively, and dare to act with confidence, free from fear of mistakes or failure, in order to develop their work and enhance their skills. This culture not only supports individual development but also drives overall organizational success. The company also emphasizes the value of “Giving Back to Society,” encouraging employees to participate in social and environmental initiatives. Examples include the “Mizuiku” Program, which educates youth about the importance of water resources and promotes water conservation — an initiative the company has been implementing since 2019; the “Good People & Water” activity, which involves employees in watershed forest conservation; and the “Bottle-to-Bottle Recycling by Suntory PepsiCo Thailand" Project, which promotes sustainable packaging management.
